Legal Notice
This page outlines the terms and conditions on which Sticks’n’Sushi, provide our services through our website and any Sticks’n’Sushi mobile application through which you access our website and / or mobile application (combined “online services”).  Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our online services, as your purchase of any products offered from our online services is subject to these terms and conditions.  You should understand that by using our online services or ordering products via our online services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in force at the time you place an order.
We reserve the right from time to time on this page to modify these online services terms and conditions that were last updated on May 1, 2013. 
We advise you to save a copy for your future reference.  These online services terms and conditions are only in English.

By accessing, browsing, using or registering with any of our online services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety as well as all other applicable laws. 

1. Information about us
Our site is s operated by Sticks’n’Sushi UK Ltd.  Sticks'n'Sushi is registered in England under company number 07307090 with our office registered at 58 Wimbledon Hill Road, Wimbledon, London, SW19 7PA
The purpose of our site is to provide an easy and convenient service to our guests.  Our online services allow guests to submit orders for pick up only to your nearest restaurant at the click of a button.

2. Processing orders
By placing an order through our online services you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.
Once you have selected your order, it can be submitted by pressing confirm
If at any time prior to pressing confirm, you decide you do not wish to proceed with your order, close the application window.
Where any payment you make is not authorised you will be returned to the previous page and your order will not be confirmed. 
After you submit your order and payment is authorised, a window will appear thanking you for your order thus confirming that your order has been transmitted to the restaurant.  
It is important that you check that the information you provide is correct. Ensure that your mailbox is in proper working order, as all correspondence regarding your order is sent to this address.  Incorrect personal details may lead to delays or problems in processing your order.  You will receive a confirmation email providing the details of your order notifying you that your order is being processed. 
The restaurant is required to call you within a reasonable amount time to authorize the pick up time.  Your order is not a valid order before this final confirmation by the restaurant is made.
It is of utmost importance that our restaurants comply with our brand standards and maintain our reputation.  If you have any questions, comments, complaints, feedback or praise we would very much like to hear from you. Occasionally there may be delays with processing payment transactions, which may result in payments taking up to sixty days to be charged to your credit card or deducted from your bank account.

3. Cancellations
You have the right to cancel an order at any time up until 30 minutes before the order is due for pick up. Guests can cancel an order only by telephoning the relevant restaurant.
Sticks'n'Sushi reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance and will notify you immediately of such cancellation.
You will not be charged for cancelled orders made in accordance with these cancellation provisions. Any orders cancelled outside these provisions, will be charged and no refund is possible.

4. Refunds
It is fundamental to Sticks'n'Sushi that the quality of food produced for orders placed through our online services and any services therein maintain the same high standard of that in our restaurants.
In the event you have a complaint about the quality of food or service provided by our restaurants via our online services, then any compensation should be sought directly from the restaurant the order was placed.
Payments will be reimbursed using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Occasionally there may be delays with processing refund transactions, which may result in transactions taking up to thirty days to be refunded to your bank account.

5. Price and payment
Product prices are as quoted on our online services and include VAT.
Prices are subject to change without notice.  However no changes will affect orders in respect of which you have been presented with at the confirmation screen .
Payment can be by credit or debit card at the point of ordering.  We accept payment cards from Maestro, Visa, American Express and MasterCard.
At the point of confirmation your credit or debit card can be authorized and the full amount marked for payment. Payment on your bank statement will be noted to Sticks'n'Sushi.
Occasionally there may be delays with processing payment transactions, which may result in payments taking up to sixty days to be charged to your credit card or deducted from your bank account.

6. Website permissions, trademarks and access
The content, functionality and design of our online services is protected in the UK and elsewhere in the world by copyrights, trademarks, designs and design rights as well as other intellectual property rights either used by us under license from a third party owned by Sticks'n'Sushi.
No part of our online services may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without prior written permission from Sticks'n'Sushi.
Any rights not expressly granted in these Sticks’n’Sushi Online Services Terms and Conditions are reserved.
Sticks'n'Sushi makes every effort to ensure our online services are normally available 24 hours a day; we will not be liable if for some reason these services are not available at any time for any period. 
The transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we take precautions to ensure the protection of your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our online services.  Any transmission is at your own risk.
Any communications or material you transmit through our online services by electronic mail or otherwise including but not limited to data, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.   We will comply with our privacy policy in respect to any personal information we receive from you. Anything you transmit or post shall subjected to our privacy policy, become the exclusive property of and may be used by the Sticks'n'Sushi and certain companies performing services on our behalf.
Furthermore, depending on how you submit your communication, your Facebook or Google username or any other username and / or email may be included with any publication or republication or the contents of transmission. 
The trademarks and logos displayed on our online services include the registered and unregistered trademarks and logos of Sticks'n'Sushi.  Nothing in these Sticks’n’Sushi Online Services Terms and Conditions may be construed as granting any licence or right to use any of the trademarks and logos without the prior written permission of Sticks'n'Sushi or other proprietor of the trademarks and logos. Any use of the trademarks, logos or any other content on our online services except as provided in these terms and conditions are strictly prohibited.

7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sticks'n'Sushi provides our site and content on an "as-is" and "as available" basis and we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the content or availability of our site, or that it will be timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected.
Subject to the previous paragraph, neither Sticks'n'Sushi nor Sticks'n'Sushi directors, officers, agents, employees or contractors shall have any liability for any direct, indirect, special or consequential losses or damages (including without limitation, damages for loss of business or loss of profits), arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use or inability to use our site.
Both our liability and the liability of any Sticks'n'Sushi for losses you suffer as a result of either Sticks'n'Sushi breaking this contract, including deliberate breaches, is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product(s) you purchase.
This does not include or limit in any way our or our agents or employees liability:
a. for death or personal injury caused by negligence;
b. under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
c. for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
d. for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.
Sticks'n'Sushi takes full responsibility for the content of our online services and for the communication of orders to the restaurants as outlined in these terms and conditions. Subject to your compliance with these terms and conditions, Sticks'n'Sushi will use all reasonable endeavours to resolve any issues arising from the submission of order via our online services including the processing of all credit or debit card refunds and chargebacks where appropriate.
